Graham manages the delivery of Futurelab technical products & services. This includes working directly with schools during the project lifecycle, on user experience testing, and trials of prototype and completed resources. He is also responsible for the production and maintenance of the Enquiring Schools website, which includes direct liaison with these schools. Graham assists in delivering work packages for 2 European projects Futurelab are engaged in. He also manages testing and QA on projects. Graham has a degree in Environmental Studies from Hertfordshire, is a Prince2 Practitioner, and Certified ScrumMaster.

Welcome to the inGenious Community of Practice: Technology

NEWS: Week 6 now open. Latest discussion: "How do you get kit from companies?"

The aim of this Community is to:

  1. Share ideas and information about the use of technology in education. 
  2. Inspire you to explore new ways of teaching with technology. 
  3. Raise questions and seek answers about technology and education.
  4. Have conversations about all of this!

During 6 weeks we will:

Aim to find answers to questions, such as:

  1. How do you use free or open-source software? 
  2. How do you engage girls in learning about or with technology?
  3. Can cutting edge and future technologies be used in school?
  4. Are high-tech solutions better than traditional ways of teaching creativity?
  5. How would you use social software in your school?
  6. How can a school get technology kit from companies?

Plus any more questions that arise!

At the end of the 6 weeks we will have:

  1. Answered some or all of the above questions
  2. Learnt some lessons
  3. Have a better understanding of how technology can be used in education. 
  4. Have some ideas to take back to your schools to start using.
