Summary of the week Summary of the week

How can companies give a proper and good feedback for the students after collaboration? This was discussed in week 4. A few participants have used WWW and EBI (What Went Well and Even Better If) as parameters for response from the industry. This way the students were acknowledged for the good in their work, and given specific means to improve. All participants found that the feedback from the companies is crucial to the success of these collaborations, because it heightens pupils’ self-esteem to be recognized for the good they have done. The student’s feedback is also crucial to the companies, because it will help them facilitate new school projects that are even better suited for students to participate. Another way to improve these projects is that the school management continues to meet up with company representatives and talk about the results.
